From Stone to Setting to Signature Box…
Your Ring Timeline
Every engagement ring from Sila Atelier is custom made to order. Completion time typically ranges from 3 days to 3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. This timeline begins once the order is confirmed (for Signature Range rings) or after CAD approval (for fully custom designs).
1. Stone Selection or Custom Cutting
If you've selected a lab-grown diamond ring, we will carefully curate a stone that meets your exact specifications. We maintain an in-house inventory of premium lab-grown diamonds — many of which are custom-cut for specific projects or handpicked during our global sourcing trips to international diamond exhibitions.
Each diamond is personally selected by our designer to ensure a perfect match with your ring’s setting — in shape, size, and proportion — with close attention to prong placement for optimal beauty and durability.
For colored lab-grown gemstones, we partner with trusted independent lapidaries and small family-run gem-cutting studios known for exceptional craftsmanship and consistency.
2. The Crafting Process (Approximately 3 to 8 days)
This is where centuries-old artistry meets cutting-edge sustainable technology. Once the CAD design is approved, we begin by 3D printing a wax model of your ring, referred to as the “tree.”
The wax model is placed in a steel flask and filled with a ceramic mixture. After heating the flask in a furnace, the wax melts away, leaving a perfect cavity into which molten precious metal is poured. Once cooled, the ceramic is broken to reveal the raw casting.
We then refine the piece by cutting away excess metal, buffing, tumbling, and pre-polishing. At each stage, the ring undergoes strict quality checks to ensure it meets our standards before continuing to the next phase.
If any imperfection is found, the ring is remade — no compromises. We recommend allowing generous time between placing your order and your planned proposal date.
3. Stone Setting (Approximately 2 to 4 days)
Stone setting is a precise and delicate craft. The ring is carefully cleaned, refined, and prepared for its centerpiece. The gemstone is then securely set and the prongs are meticulously shaped and finished to hold the stone in place — all by the hands of seasoned experts who uphold Sila’s exacting standards.
4. Final Quality Control (1 to 3 days)
In the final step, your ring is given a professional polish and undergoes one last inspection. Only when it passes our final quality control is it placed in its signature Sila box, ready for your special moment.
Should the ring fall short of our standards in any way, we remake it — without question.

All timeframes are approximate and not guaranteed. While most rings are completed on or before schedule, our dedication to quality means we never rush the process.

الجدول الزمني لخاتمك
جميع خواتم الخطوبة من معمل صِلة تُصنع حسب الطلب. تستغرق عملية التصنيع ما بين ٣ أيام إلى ٣ أسابيع، اعتمادًا على نوع الخاتم. يبدأ احتساب المدة بعد تأكيد الطلب (لخواتم التشكيلة المميزة) أو بعد الموافقة على التصميم الرقمي CAD (للتصاميم المخصصة بالكامل).
١. اختيار الحجر أو قصّه حسب الطلب
في حال طلبكِ خاتم ألماس مخبري، نقوم باختيار الحجر بعناية وفقًا لمواصفاتك الدقيقة. نمتلك مخزونًا داخليًا من الألماس المخبري الفاخر، يتم قص العديد منه خصيصًا لمشاريعنا أو نختاره يدويًا خلال جولاتنا في معارض الألماس العالمية.
كل حجر يتم اختياره من قبل المصممة بعناية ليتناسب في الشكل والحجم مع تصميم الخاتم المختار، مع مراعاة عدد المخالب ومواقعها لضمان التوازن الجمالي والصلابة.
أما الأحجار الملونة المخبريّة، فنستوردها من حرفيين مستقلين أو ورش عائلية صغيرة معروفة بجودة ودقة القص.
٢. مرحلة الصناعة (حوالي ٣ إلى ٨ أيام)
في هذه المرحلة، ندمج بين الحِرفة التقليدية والتقنيات الحديثة المستدامة. بعد الموافقة على تصميم CAD، نبدأ بطباعة نموذج شمعي ثلاثي الأبعاد يُعرف بـ "الشجرة".
يتم وضع الشجرة داخل أسطوانة معدنية تُملأ بمادة خزفية. بعد أن تتماسك، تُسخّن لإذابة الشمع وترك قالب فارغ. ثم يُسكب المعدن المنصهر في هذا القالب ويُترك ليبرد، قبل كسر المادة الخزفية للكشف عن الخاتم الخام.
تبدأ بعدها مرحلة التنظيف والتلميع الأولي، مرورًا بمرحلة فحص الجودة الدقيقة. إذا وُجد أي خلل، نقوم بإعادة التصنيع دون تردد.
لهذا، نوصي دائمًا بحجز وقت كافٍ بين الطلب وتاريخ الخطوبة أو المناسبة لتفادي أي تأخير غير متوقع.
٣. ترصيع الحجر (حوالي يومين إلى ٤ أيام)
ترصيع الحجر هو مرحلة دقيقة تتطلب مهارة عالية وثبات يد. يتم تنعيم القاعدة، وتنظيفها، وضبطها بدقة قبل تثبيت الحجر. ثم تُشكّل المخالب بإتقان لتثبيت الحجر بشكل آمن وجمالي — كل ذلك يتم بأيدي خبرائنا المتخصصين وفقًا لمعايير صِلة الصارمة.
٤. مراجعة الجودة النهائية (١ إلى ٣ أيام)
بعد الترصيع، يخضع الخاتم لمرحلة مراجعة نهائية شاملة تتضمن تنظيفًا وتلميعًا دقيقًا. لا يُسلّم الخاتم إلا بعد اجتيازه الفحص النهائي بجودة خالية من العيوب.
إذا لم يحقق الخاتم معاييرنا الصارمة، نعيد تصنيعه دون تردد.

جميع الفترات الزمنية المذكورة هي تقديرية وليست مضمونة. في معظم الحالات، يتم الانتهاء من الخواتم ضمن أو قبل المدة المحددة. لكن الجودة لدينا لا تُضحّى بها أبدًا في سبيل السرعة.
نظرًا لأننا نعمل كمعمل بوتيك، فقد تختلف المدة حسب تعقيد التصميم أو حجم الطلبات. لذلك، نوصي بطلب الخاتم بوقت كافٍ، خاصة إذا كانت لديكِ مناسبة محددة أو موعد للسفر.
