Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

We deliver all orders within the UAE through our private driver, and internationally via DHL.

To ensure your jewelry arrives safely, a signature is required upon delivery for all orders.

Once your piece has shipped, our team will email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey. You’ll be notified before your order is fulfilled and shipped.

Please notify us if your address changes during the production process of your custom piece.

Our shipping partner will attempt delivery up to three times. If no one is available to sign, the package will be returned to us. We will then contact you to arrange reshipment — reshipping fees are the client’s responsibility.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via DHL. Please allow 1–2 weeks for delivery, depending on customs clearance in your country.

All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If duties or taxes are not paid upon request, your delivery will be delayed.
  • All international shipments require a signature upon delivery.
  • Orders will not be refunded if customs duties are refused or unpaid.

Returns

At Sila, each piece is made especially for you. For this reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Exchanges are only accepted if:

  • The item received does not match the order specifications
  • There is a verified manufacturing defect on our part

Made-to-Order Rings

All of our collection pieces (any item not listed under “Ready to Ship”) are made to order and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.

This includes:

  • Fully custom-designed rings
  • Semi-custom rings
  • Signature collection pieces

If you have any concerns or are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please reach out to us — we are always here to help and make it right.

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been confirmed, as we begin working on your piece immediately.

If a Ready to Ship ring has been resized, it is considered a final sale and is no longer eligible for cancellation or return.

Resizing

We offer one complimentary resizing within 6 months of purchase for clients based in the UAE.

  • Clients are responsible for shipping fees to and from our resizing studio.
  • Please contact us before sending your ring. You may request a prepaid insured label from us.
  • Please allow 2–3 weeks for resizing.

Important Notes Before Resizing:

  • A small amount of metal is lost during resizing.
  • Pavé-set stones may loosen slightly — we recommend avoiding multiple resizings.
  • Have your finger size measured 2–3 times at different times of day to ensure accuracy.
  • Ideally, rings should not be resized more than 2–3 times to maintain structural integrity.
